Tawasul (تواصل) means “communication”. We are a Cairo-based outsourcing company running customer experience, HR, finance & accounting and marketing operations for companies across Egypt and the Gulf.
Our story
Built in Cairo, for the region
Tawasul Contact Solutions was founded on a simple observation: companies serving Egypt and the Gulf need operations partners who are genuinely of the region — not offshore teams reading scripts about markets they’ve never seen.
From our Cairo operation we run customer-facing and back-office teams that work your hours, speak your customers’ language and answer to your quality bar. Our clients get regional fluency and Egyptian cost structure in the same package.
